Name on Your Statement

Plans and Pricing

Available plans, prices, and billing periods are shown at checkout. Before purchase, we disclose the amount charged today, the renewal date and price, the billing period, and how to cancel. You may cancel any plan at any time.

Pre-Contract Information

Before a web purchase, we clearly provide the subscription's main features, total price including taxes, payment and termination terms, automatic-renewal information, and applicable withdrawal-right information. Confirming the purchase means you acknowledge that you read and understood this information.

Trials

Before a trial begins, we show its length, the price after the trial, and billing frequency. Unless cancelled during the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the displayed amount is charged.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Authorization

By confirming your purchase, you expressly authorize Lina, through its payment provider, to charge your payment method at the displayed amount and frequency until you cancel.

Renewal Reminders

For web subscriptions, we send a reminder before each renewal: at least 7 days in advance, and 15–45 days in advance for annual or longer subscriptions. The reminder states the amount, date, and cancellation method.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Web price increases are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. You may cancel without charge before the increase applies. App Store and Google Play changes follow the relevant platform's notice and consent process.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops automatic renewal and access continues through the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

• App Store / Google Play: Turn off automatic renewal in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Web: Cancel at any time through the cancellation page or by emailing info@linaai.co. We process requests within seven days and confirm by email.

Failed Payments

If an automatic-renewal payment fails, access may be suspended for 15 days while we retry collection. You may update your payment method to reactivate the subscription. If payment is not collected within one month, the subscription is cancelled without penalty and no charge is made for services not provided.

Withdrawal Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, withdrawal rights may not apply to intangible digital content performed immediately with your consent. By confirming the purchase and requesting immediate performance, you acknowledge this limitation. Statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected.

Your Rights for Defective Performance

If the Service does not meet its contractual characteristics for reasons attributable to us, you may have the right to terminate and request a refund, request a price reduction, request free correction, or request an equivalent service, as provided by applicable consumer law.

Refunds

App Store and Google Play purchases follow the relevant store's refund policy and refund requests must be submitted to that store. Web purchases are handled by Alvanko Ltd under our refund policy, subject to statutory rights. Contact info@linaai.co.

Complaints and Disputes

Send complaints to info@linaai.co or through in-app support. You retain any legal remedies available under the law of your country of residence.
